Our quality control division ensures our customers that any product being shipped from TSM is double checked with the proper inspection methods.  Using our master quality manual, the correct processing steps are followed; including incorporating our CMM for more precise measurements.  With our current system, we can trace all materials being shipped in and out.  This traceability extends to the inspection reports as well as measurements obtained from that specific job lot.  All jobs are assigned a reference number along with a process sheet. The process sheet follows the job onto the floor to reduce the chance of any problems that may arise.  All of our shipped parts will have some level of inspection record pertaining to them.  Each part is inspected after each operation and requires written approval before proceeding to the next operation.  Per customer request, we can submit any applicable documents linked with the job, including material certification.  This current system has greatly reduced our non-conforming parts. Welder operators have multiple certifications including D1.1 structural.
