Generally the spinning process offers lower
tooling costs and faster turn-around times
compared to stamping. But in some
instances, it's more cost effective to stamp
the part, especially if the job calls for a larger
quantity. We have the capabilities for both.
Our automatic CNC spinning lathe is state of
the art and designed for longer run jobs that
require tighter tolerances and exact
repeatability. However, we still employ the
tried and true skill of hand-spinning.
With decades of experience and high-quality
equipment, we can handle a wide range of
material. Some of these materials include
aluminum, mild steel, 300 series stainless, martensitic stainless, all grades of titanium, Hastelloy and
Inconel. Our skilled hand spinners can handle deep-draw jobs regardless of the quantity. While using
our rotary head tube cutting attachment, we offer precise laser cut holes and slots in the spun parts,
along with any welding process required. With our integrated quality system in place, our customers
can be sure that the part they receive matches the specifications on the original drawing.
