Laser cutting ensures that we maximize material usage and minimize down time.  Each laser cutting machine is capable of cutting ferrous and non ferrous metals, wood, plastics and other materials.  They are all able to comfortably cut .750" thick mild steel and .50" stainless steel (See side bar).  We nest each part into the sheet to make the best use of these materials, thus minimizing scrap.   Our laser cutting machines are supported by a dri-cam system which converts an auto cad file directly to a laser program.  Subsequently, we reduce programming time and provide our customers with exact renditions of their parts.  We can also re-engineer customer parts to be more cost effective.  We currently use AutoCad 2010. Additionally, our laser cutting machines aren't limited to cutting flat materials.  Our rotary head tube cutting attachment enables us to cut holes and slots in round, square and rectangular tubing with high precision.
