Spinning:
A simple aluminum spinning that was done on our automatic spinning lathe. Notice that the
holes have been put in prior to spinning, thus eliminating a costly secondary operation.
Fabrication:
This part was made using our expertise in specialized tooling. The tooling was designed and
made in-house to complete this wheel mask to our customer's specifications.
Fabrication:
A titanium formed leading edge that we made with in-house designed tooling.
Fabrication:
Here, a panel was made using special tooling to allow a near perfect seam in each corner.
Tolerances are held within .015" throughout this large panel.
Fabrication:
Truly a fun project. We made twelve wheels that were exact replicas of the original moon
rover that many watched bouncing over the lunar surface. Made mostly out of Grade 5
titanium, this one was a challenge that used all of our capabilities (laser, fabrication, spinning,
machine design and building)
Fabrication:
In this picture, you can see the finished and assembled product. We worked very closely with
our customer on this project and you can see that they did an absolutely wonderful job on the
execution and assembly of the final product. We both had to find new ways to manufacture
and fabricate many of the items shown.
Fabrication:
Here is another product that showcases many of the capabilities we posses. Parts are laser
cut, stamped, bent, riveted and welded. The finish is a nice touch per our customer's request,
making the part look "store bought".
Fabrication:
A stunning brushed stainless steel basket that shows the capability of our press brakes,
tooling and employee know-how.
Fabrication:
A complex part that includes a stiffening rib and multiple bends. Tolerances are a main
concern with this part.
